One quick question, did you or someone else tried to connect Bosch 4.2 Lambda insted of 4.9?

I know that some shields can be used together, but I am curious if this one can? According to my opinion, there are some pins which are used for both shield like digital output for LED. If I overdrive these pins, and make correction in code, will I be able to use both shields? What about SPI CLK, MI...
