Lambda Shield V1- Arduino Mega 2560

Post by ugur » 02 Jan 2024 13:53

Hi,
Does Lambda Shield version 1 work with Arduino Mega? I can run it with Arduino Uno, but when I connect it to Mega, it doesn't draw any current. I need help urgently, thank you for your help.

Hi Ugur,

The original Lambda Shield was only compatible with the pins of Arduino Uno, specifically the SPI pins differ between Uno and Mega. For Lambda Shield 2 we changed this so it would be compatible with both Uno and Mega boards.

You can still use the original Lambda Shield with Arduino Mega 2560 but with some rerouting of signals. See this instagram post.

Hope it helps.
