Lambda exhaust pressure compensation

How is performed the Lambda exhaust pressure compensation because I know that Bosch request that to have a relevant lambda value ( to minimize error )
Hello, you would need an exhaust pressure sensor and compensate as Bosch describes in Y 258 E00 015e. I have never seen anyone actually do this either in aftermarket or in automotive but I could be wrong.
