Dual O2 sensors on a selector switch to single display - Possible?

Post by Karl » 12 Jul 2024 12:54

Christian, O2 system in the works is a single wideband sensor, Arduino, Shield, with a single OLED .96” display. Is in ‘85 911 3.2 with SSI exhaust that has a single bung on the 1-2-3 side. Am planning to add an O2 sensor to the 4-5-6 side. As the setup is, a single OLED display works nicely (taking the space of the “Fasten Seatbelt” plaque in the dash. ) I do NOT want to add a second display.

Question: can a selector switch be located in a dual O2 sensor system to choose one sensor to display data to a single display? If so, would you please explain what the wiring plan is?

Thank you. Karl ~~~

Hi Karl, unfortunately it is only possible to use one O2 sensor at a time.
