Thank you Ali,

10325 (0x28FF) is the status for no power.

79 in this case shows that the Arduino is measuring 4.3V.

Is there a problem with the 12V power supply or connections?

There is no power to the Lambda Shield, the jumper will not affect that.

If possible please check if you have power on these points, before and after the protective diode.

Great Ali, then we know there is power on the shield from the power supply.

I will send you a new shield to test with, you will receive the tracking number by email. If it works you can return the old one for me to analyze.

Thank you.

Hello Ali. The Lambda Shield 2 that I sent you is 100% working so if it is not working, there is a problem with something else. We need to find this problem. Can you please disconnect everything else connected like displays and only test Arduino, shield, sensor and power supply. Please share the output.

Thank you.
