Re: Arduino I/o pin useage

Is there something in the documentation that tells me what I/o pins are used for the lambda shield? I am trying to leverage the same arduino to take the lambda information and engine temperature to drive a stepper motor driver for mixture control in a mechanical fuel injection system. As such I nee...

Re: Arduino novice

Hi Patrick, You can only use one or the other depending on what you want to do. The wifi one is the most limited one as it basically fills all the space with just the bluetooth library. For now you even need to use an older version to make it fit. See the troubleshooting section for details. I recom...

Can the shield reproduce a real (exponential at +- 450mV ) narrow band signal from the WB 4,9 LSU ?
The shield no, the Arduino yes. The lambda shield measures a wideband sensor that the Arduino can use for any purpose.

Re: Knock Shield 2 features

Hey guys, New here, trying to make some comparisons before purchasing. Came across this website here https://strikeengine.com/engine-knock-detection-plex-vs-phormula-vs-movichip-vs-tunernerd/ Can anyone let me know how does Knock Shield 2 compare to them in terms of features? theres a scoring table...

Re: KE Jetronic

Hi Patrick, As said I will make a RCfilter/buffer capable of max 500mA narrowband signal out , so I think that will be more than enough for the KE Jetronic The maximum current you can draw from a nernst cell is in the μA range. But again, I do not know what kind of input the KE Jetronic use or if it...

Re: KE Jetronic

Hello Patrick, I am interested in your Lambda shield 2 set. I assume I can use it to convert a wide band lambda input signal to a narrow band signal for my KE Jetronic. I shall need to build a PWM RC filter/output buffer because I don’t know the current (impedance) a KE Jetronic draws. Unfortunately...

Re: Bluetooth connection

Hi Christian The system is working now, thanks for the support, however, the bluetooth led is not blinking on the Arduino rev2 , is it normal ? Best regards Philippe Hi Philippe, I had to do some investigation on this, it is correct that the RGB-LED is not used in bluetooth mode. This is controlled...

Re: Bluetooth connection

Hi Philippe, Arduino updated the BLE library so it is currently too big. I need to optimize the code but for now please use the older version. See troubleshooting section below for details.

6. If you get an error with code size on Arduino Uno WiFi, use ArduinoBLE library v.1.2.2.

Thanks Christian...
seems to be a too hard job for now... unless someone has ever done it ...
You are right. To make it as simple as possible for you we ended up using the Arduino Uno WiFi with bluetooth module integrated.

I use a laptop power supply with about 19V connected to the shield.
Hi Paul, using a voltage higher than 16.5V may reduce the lifetime of the Bosch LSU 4.9 sensor.
