Re: Lambda GUI not reading

I'm now experiencing a very similar problem - it is stuck reading at 2.54 mA and 20.95% oxygen. These values do not change regardless of the actual O2 values. Hello again, Do you see no difference in output at all, for example if you breath on the sensor does it still show 20.95%? Right now 20.95% ...

Re: Lambda GUI not reading

Hello,

Thank you for bringing this bug to my attention. I was able to replicate the problem that occurs when the AD value is outside of the lookup table. It returns 0. Please download the updated version 1.1.1 or newer from the website and let me know if you still experience the same problem.

Re: Win GUI not working with latest Arduino code

The Windows app is now updated on the website. Version 1.1 features lookup tables built in to the app for both Lambda and Oxygen content.

Re: Win GUI not working with latest Arduino code

Win app not working with latest Arduino code with look up table Hello Groopan. The Windows app is only supported by the accompanying Arduino code since it requires a faster update rate and some more status information. I will soon update the app with the same improved accuracy as the lookup based e...

Re: NTK Wideband O2 Sensor

Can the NTK Wideband O2 Sensor be used with this shield? Hello, Unfortunately not. The Lambda Shield for Arduino is based on the Bosch CJ125 lambda control integrated circuit. It is only designed to be used with the Bosch LSU 4.2 and LSU 4.9 oxygen sensors. Newer integrated circuits like the Bosch ...

Re: Open Air readings

But still, with stone cold sensor UR is around 55, while calibration value show 157. So the analog reading is fine. Hello Mark, Sorry for my late reply. What I did was to hook up the Lambda Shield without the heating enabled. So with sensor cold, UR reads approximately 870 bits (4.25V). I hope it h...

Re: Open Air readings

Hello Mark, It would help to know if this is one of our genuine shields or if you have made it yourself? After heating phase(sensor gets hot also), it stops with error message 0xE8FF. 0xE8FF indicates an SPI issue or reset in transmission issue. The CJ125 diagnostics register should always respond w...

It is the oil burner
Hello Piotr,

Are you using the lambda feedback to optimize the burner? - For example a fan control.

Re: Open Air readings

Hello Peter, sorry for my late reply. What kind of data should be sent to PC by USB to use your PC "Lambda app"? The GitHub code is not compatible with the PC application. Either a front end is used, or text output is used. However the GUI code requires an update to improve accuracy, this ...

Re: Open Air readings

Hi elmo0104, If you are reading around 20% in air you are close enough for any automotive readings. What calibration value are you reading, when the CJ125 is in calibration mode? The reading of the sensor is depending on many factors, temperature of the cell, supply voltage of the CJ125, ADC voltage...
